Matthew Dinsdale

My name is Matthew Dinsdale. I was born and raised in Coquitlam, BC where I competed in many athletics in my youth. My love for sport influenced my decision to enroll in the KIN program at SFU. This is where I completed my bachelor's degree while I also started my Professional Lacrosse Career. I currently still work in the health and fitness industry empowering others to live their best life. I also still live in Coquitlam, BC with my wife and daughter and recently joined the Vancouver Warriors of the NLL.

Matthew is currently a General Manager at Innovative Fitness Port Moody. He also plays professional lacrosse in the NLL for the Vancouver Warriors.
