I have a passion for working with kids, and I tutored kids of all ages for many years before joining the SFU Camps team. I really enjoy being able to work with large groups of kids, whether that’s spending time with them outdoors playing a game, or in the classroom teaching lessons.

Making my campers happy is what I find most rewarding. When I first started volunteering, I was so nervous to address a large group of campers, but over the years I’ve gained the confidence needed to overcome that fear. Developing my leadership skills in this way has enhanced my life in so many other areas as well.
