One Cake Boutique is a cake brand located in Richmond, BC, which aims to make beautiful cakes with fresh materials as well as to provide the cakes to all cake lovers in the Great Vancouver area. Based on qualitative and quantitative researches, we aimed to explore potential problems for their current interaction process.
