"Volunteering in Dr. Rachel Fouladi’s Measurement and Modelling Lab (MML) helped develop my research interests in questionnaire design. I applied to the Psychology Honours Program to develop rigorous training of research skills, which I knew would benefit my future research career in Psychology. As part of my Honours project, I am investigating the effectiveness and reliability of Expert Review as a questionnaire pre-testing method, and the values of including general respondents in the questionnaire evaluation process."

Bin Tan is a fourth-year Psychology Honours student. Aside from his involvement in the MML, he previously volunteered as a research assistant at UBC and was a TA for PSYC 210 with Dr. Matt Sigal.
