I’m part of the SFU Social Activities Society and unlike other clubs, we’re focused on organizing smaller but more frequent events on campus.

I used to be the Director of External Relations, but as of this semester we have a new system and we’re all Board Members instead of having specific titles.

I have contributed to many events like our games night, icebreakers, and bowling excursions. I’m very sociable and talkative, so if there is an event I can’t help with, I make sure I at least attend.

This is my 5th year at SFU and I like the fact that I’m socializing with people. For me, every connection means something. It’s part of me – I like people. I focused for many years on academia, but now I realized being involved is not a bad idea.
