In my role as a Campus Talent Acquisition Co-op at Teck Resources, I've gained a wealth of experience in supporting the development and engagement of fellow co-op students and interns within the organization. While not directly involved in recruiting or interviewing, I have played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall co-op experience. I've learned the importance of event management, particularly in coordinating in-person events and activities for co-op students. These responsibilities have deepened my understanding of the significance of fostering a positive, inclusive, and educational environment for co-op programs. My time at Teck has allowed me to contribute to the company's commitment to talent development and the nurturing of future industry professionals.
