Rebeka Thompson has been working as the HR Jr. Business Analyst Co-op with the Clinical & Systems Transformation project since February 2017. While at CST, she has led the orientation and onboarding of 95+ employees, managed the recruitment and selection of 45+ Co-op students, and supported the HR team with other projects such as office space management, employee surveys, updating the document management website, employee education tracking, and flow sheet.
