"I've always had a passion for helping and understanding others. I wanted to expand on this passion by pursuing psychology. I love that there are so many streams in this area of study and I love learning about the complexities. I hope to work with athletes and teams to utilize healthy training strategies and optimize their performance potential by attending grad school for sport psychology!

My favourite PSYC class was PSYC 491 (Sport Psychology) with Dr. David Cox. This class resonated with me closely because I currently work as a figure skating coach and I have plans to pursue sport psychology in the future. His class was incredibly engaging and I learned a lot from him."
