"I decided to study psychology because I felt that it was an area of study that would be applicable to every aspect of my life.
“I’ve been interested in Psychology for as long as I can remember.
"For as long as I can remember, I have always had the desire to help others.
"What I found in the (Global Connections Program) was a very welcoming community that was willing to help and support me, and made me feel like I'm not alone through these difficult times, and I got to connect with other people.
