I've had a genuinely amazing experience working at Total Therapy as a Medical Office Assistant. I've learned so much about healthcare administration, patient advocacy, and how a private clinic functions. I work with a supportive team that has encouraged me to grow my skills in communication, efficiency, and organization. Thanks to their support I was able to pick up very quickly and have already been given additional responsibilities with our billings department in addition to my front desk duties. Seeing the therapists treat and help their patients day to day has also grown my interest in a potential career in physiotherapy or occupational therapy. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow with this fantastic team for my second term!
