As a research-intensive institute, SFU has a multitude of research opportunities for you to explore and expand your knowledge. The following authors share their stories, tips and strategies on how to gain research experience, the skills you need for research or lab assistant positions and the lessons learned while on incredible research experiences.  Whether that is researching interesting projects or essay ideas, to traveling internationally to conduct research, these stories show how SFU students are fulfilling their research interests.
