I like making an impact on others. BASS Mentorship Program (BMP) Mentors work to develop and support their first year mentees. During BMP’s last event wrap up party, I was actually able to see how much mentees developed through program the program, the connections and impacts.

For me helping others helps me to gain confidence it makes me more motivated to volunteer.
