BPK Co-op student Mike Lam is currently working at Vancouver Coastal Health as a Fitness Attendant!

"I’m extremely happy with my 8 month Co-op Term at the VGH Fitness and Wellness Centre! I am getting a lot of experience with training and designing programs for the members here. I am also helping with the implementation of a couple of projects at the VGH Cycling Centre. Taking on these projects has really helped me step out of my comfort zone and allowed me to network with many different members of the VGH staff."
