This week on Career Conversations we are joined by Alex Kler, a 2020 SFU alumni who shares all his advice for students looking to branch out from their current studies or who are considering switching paths in their education. Alex graduated from Beedie in Fall 2020 completing the BADM certificate program and concentrations in Marketing and Information Systems. He has worked a variety of positions through co-op, moving from marketing and employer relations into more data-orientated roles. As a student, he was heavily involved with SFU Pursuit of Happiness, a club which aims to organize events and activities to support student mental health and wellness. He was ultimately able to leverage these unique experiences to secure an internship post-grad as a Product Support Engineer for SAP HANA.
