I still keep in touch with my former mentees from the International Mentorship Program. We meet for coffee and they tell me about any concerns they have or problems they might be experiencing, and I do my best to help.
Before I became a team leader in the International Mentorship Program, we had a full day of training. I really enjoyed that part of it because being in a room-full of people trying to build something together really felt like we were trying to actually do something for this school.
