“There are no shortcuts to any place worth going” is a quote that stood out to me after tackling the Urban Grind with my colleagues. The Urban Grind is not your typical mountain hike, it's climbing up 633 steps of the Harbour Centre Building before reaching a beautiful lookout at the top of Vancouver. By the time I got to the middle, I was out of breath, tired and had thoughts of giving up several times before reaching the top. Every step beyond that point I took was fueled by encouragement and support from my colleagues.

The feeling of achievement and warmth from my colleagues has made me love Vancouver even more as I stare down from the top on the sunset scenery of the city. We chatted and shared interesting pieces in our life as encouragement for each other in overcoming any difficulties in the future. The family-style work environment of BELLIN has managed to create bonds between all its employees even from different teams. To me, BELLIN is not only a workplace, it is a place I would call home.

I am very lucky to have the chance to stay with Bellin for one year. The working experience is very useful and comfortable. My colleagues give me consistent support and professional training. Moreover, I love the company culture. They are very nice to embrace different cultures. I love Belin.
