Derian explains how he helped develop a Varsity eSports program on campus at SFU. They talk about what kind of inspiration he found while researching Varsity eSports programs. As Derian mentions, establishing such a program at SFU will help with community retention, scholarship opportunities, and recognition as a leader in the rapidly growing Esports industry.
