Diana is a Senior Lecturer who has been with BPK since 2006. She teaches courses in nutrition, health, anatomy, and obesity.
Outside of work she enjoys:
Stocking her vinyl collection, skiing, hiking and/or doing absolutely nothing.
Self care is extremely important to Diana. This might mean meditating, spending time in nature, reading, gratitude’s or talking to her good friends. Physical activity is also critical to helping her feel healthy - both mentally and physically.
Her tips for students:
Don't over-stack your schedule just because you can. Make sure that you can handle what's on your plate and still feel good!
Advice to her 20-year-old self:
I know you think everyone has it all figured out and you don't -- but that's simply not true. You don't have to know how every detail of your future is going to work out. Try lots of different things until you find ones that get you excited.
